[Cancellation fee]
For cancellations due to customer's convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged from 45 days before the date of the event.

▼ 45 to 30 days before the date of the event: A cancellation fee of 50% of the participation fee will be charged.
▼ 30 days before: A cancellation fee of the full participation fee will be charged.
* Please note that the refund amount will be the amount after deducting the transfer fee (refund amount-transfer fee).
* If the cancellation notice is not during our business hours (Monday-Friday 10: 00-19: 00 / Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays), the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the next business day. It will be.
In addition, if the cancellation is decided in advance due to unavoidable reasons such as weather, natural disasters, or less than the minimum number of events, the entire participation fee will be returned by bank transfer regardless of the number of days indicated in the cancellation policy. I will do it. GRAFFIX will bear the transfer fee incurred at the time of transfer.


The organizer, GRAFFIX, is responsible for the dangers inherent in the HIKARIGAHARA CAT TOURS (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"), the inherent risks, or any damage, illness, injury, theft, loss, property damage, personal injury, etc. We will not be liable for any damages, including physical disability (including death), troubles with third parties, litigation costs and other damages, as long as the law allows.
GRAFFIX, the organizer, cannot guarantee the snow quality or weather at the time of this service. In addition, in order to ensure the safety of participating customers, the event may be canceled or suspended. If it is decided in advance to cancel the tour due to force majeure such as weather or snowfall, the entire tour participation fee will be returned by bank transfer regardless of the number of days indicated in the cancellation policy. However, the transfer fee incurred when transferring the tour application fee and various fees (credit card settlement fee) incurred when purchasing this service will be borne by the customer.
Customers who participate in this service are required to sign a document that exempts GRAFFIX, the organizer, from liability to the extent permitted by law at the time of application.


[Other precautions]
You may encounter unpredictable accidents as you glide through uncontrolled natural terrain with this service. We recommend that you purchase disability insurance and carry a disability insurance certificate in advance. The insurance content may differ depending on the insurance company. Please contact each insurance company for details.
We recommend that you bring avalanche safety goods such as beacons, probes, and shovels with you during the tour.
Please manage your valuables at your own risk.
This service is not available to customers under the age of 20. Must be accompanied by a guardian.
It is the customer's responsibility to move to the meeting place and from the dissolution place.
If GRAFFIX, the organizer, is damaged by the intentional or negligence of the customer or an act contrary to public order and morals, we may ask the customer to compensate for the damage.


[Handling of personal information]
When applying for this service, your personal information shall be provided to GRAFFIX, the organizer, for the purpose of providing this service.
GRAFFIX manages and retains the acquired personal information safely and strictly, and does not provide it to third parties.
GRAFFIX may use the acquired personal information for the purpose of providing this service, as well as for information on the next event and related services. The use of personal information related to these information is subject to the voluntary consent of the customer, so please make a decision when applying.
GRAFFIX shall disclose, change or delete your personal information only at the request of you. In this case, we will confirm that you are the customer.
