Tour Cancellation
Tour Cancellation
Tours may be cancelled due to weather conditions, snow conditions, safety concerns, or if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
If a tour is cancelled by Hikarigahara Cat Tours, your tour payment will be refunded.
Participant Registration Intake Form (Important)
After completing your booking, all participants must complete the Participant Registration Form.
Each participant is required to submit their own form.
For private charter bookings, a form must be completed by every participant, not just the group organizer.
