[Cancellation Policy] For cancellations made by the customer: • 45–30 days before the tour date: 50% cancellation fee • 30 days or less before the tour date: 100% cancellation fee Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable transfer and payment processing fees. If Hikarigahara Cat Tours (HCT) cancels a tour due to weather, safety concerns, natural disasters, or insufficient participants, tour fees will be refunded. Payment processing and transfer fees may not be refundable. [Waiver & Safety Agreement] Participation in HCT involves inherent risks associated with backcountry and off-piste snow activities, including avalanches, tree wells, changing snow conditions, terrain hazards, weather exposure, equipment failure, injury, or death. By participating, guests acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions and decisions made by HCT guides and staff. HCT guides reserve the right to refuse or remove participants if safety instructions are not followed or if a participant’s ability, equipment, or behavior is considered unsafe. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate riding ability, equipment, and valid travel/medical insurance covering off-piste/backcountry activities, including rescue and evacuation costs. Snow, weather, and terrain conditions cannot be guaranteed. HCT reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify tours if necessary for safety or operational reasons. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HCT, GRAFFIX, guides, staff, and affiliated operators are not liable for injury, loss, theft, delays, accidents, or damages arising from participation in HCT services. By completing payment, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the HCT participation rules, cancellation policy, and waiver terms. 【キャンセルポリシー】 お客様都合によるキャンセルの場合： ・ツアー45日前〜30日前：参加費の50％ ・30日前以降：参加費の100％ 返金時には振込手数料・決済手数料を差し引かせていただきます。 天候・安全上の判断・自然災害・最少催行人数不足等によりHCT側がツアーを中止する場合、ツアー代金を返金いたします。なお、決済手数料等は返金対象外となる場合があります。 【免責事項・安全同意】 HCTのツアーは、バックカントリーおよびオフピステ滑走に伴う危険（雪崩、立木、地形変化、天候変化、事故、怪我、死亡等）を含みます。 参加者はこれらのリスクを理解・了承した上で参加し、ガイドおよびスタッフの安全指示に従うことに同意するものとします。 安全上問題があると判断された場合、ガイドは参加をお断り、またはツアー途中でも参加を中止していただく場合があります。 参加者は、自身の滑走技術・装備・体調管理に責任を持ち、バックカントリー対応の有効な保険（救助・搬送費用含む）へ加入していることを確認するものとします。 雪質・天候・地形状況等は保証されません。安全上または運営上必要と判断した場合、HCTはツアー内容の変更・中止を行う場合があります。 法令上認められる範囲内において、HCT・GRAFFIX・ガイド・関係者は、ツアー参加に伴う事故・怪我・盗難・遅延・損害等について責任を負いません
