Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Terms
To confirm your Beyond the Boundaries – Ride & Stay Myoko Japan, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to your tour start date.
Payments can be made via:

Bank Transfer (preferred) – details will be provided upon booking confirmation

PayPal – available with a 3.4% transaction fee
Once payment is received, a booking confirmation and detailed itinerary will be sent to you.
Please ensure you have travel insurance covering winter sports and off-piste/backcountry activities.
Amendments
If you wish to change your tour dates or package after booking, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
All changes are subject to accommodation availability and may incur additional costs depending on scheduling.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations due to personal reasons, the following fees apply:

45–30 days prior to tour start: 50% of the total tour fee

Within 30 days of tour start: 100% of the total tour fee (no refund)

Refunds will be made after deducting any bank or PayPal transfer fees.

No refunds for unused services, no-shows, or early departures once the tour has begun.

Weather, snow conditions, or resort operations may affect the itinerary. If a lift or cat tour cannot operate, guiding will continue with alternate resort or side-country plans.
